Design for Development Workshop
Design for Development Workshop (D4D) is an introductory hands-on design event which provides a unique opportunity for students, designers, engineers, social practitioners, and entrepreneurs to learn about international development, social innovation, the design process, and generate creative ideas to alleviate poverty and social issues in the developing world.
In this workshop, the participants are guided through the design process, starting from initial problem framing, idea generation, experimentation, sketch modeling, concept selection, prototyping fabrication, and discussion. (the workshop program varies based upon client’s request)
